Bio

Tiffany, an internationally known dancer, teacher, choreographer, performer, writer and artist, has been one of the longest standing lead performers and co-director of the world-renown Suhaila Dance Company.   She was also the operational manager of Suhaila Productions and head teacher of the Suhaila Salimpour School of Dance; she dedicated herself to become one of the most influential factors in the success and expansion of both the school and production company. Tiffany has been a leading force in the dance as it extends through Tribal and Cabaret, she has toured and taught around the world, and has become one of the most sought after instructors of the Suhaila Salimpour format, teaching both Jamila's and Suhaila's format with proficiency and joy.  Her extensive knowledge in a wide array of belly dance stylizations and her mastery of playing finger cymbals have led her to reach the highest level in all areas of the dance form.

Tiffany’s passion for the arts started at a young age through the realm of acting, modeling, music and painting, she followed her heart and accomplished getting a BA in Dramatic Arts at Mills College in California.  After being exposed to Middle Eastern music she found another deep love and followed the passion she felt for music by expressing the visual part of the rich instrumentation through dance.  Tiffany is known to be one of the best technical belly dancers worldwide, her lithe stature enhanced her ability to portray the dance in an extraordinarily graceful style and her dedication to the dance is evident through her movement as a performing artist and through her compassion and dedication as a teacher.

Tiffany Bisconer's performance resume includes extensive solo and ensemble pieces including her notorious Snake Dance, Water Glass Balancing Dance, Mother Goddess (Mask Dance). Tiffany’s Acapella Finger Cymbal Dance in Sheherezade,  has been reviewed as one of the most complex belly dancing pieces in the performing world today. She has recently Recently featured on Suhaila's Belly Dance Fitness Fusion and Performance Ensemble with Suhaila DVD series

Now on her own, Tiffany is eagerly moving forward to share her knowledge of the dance and theatre. Being led by passion, integrity and a desire to see her full potential, she is also seeking the full potential to come to light of those she is able to teach.
